Mina is excited to be one of the first instructors in London to be teaching the newly released CoreAlign™ exercise system!
The CoreAlign concept (www.hoffmanconcept.com) is a brand new form of exercise technology to improve balance, posture and functional movement patterns.
The machine stimulates the core stability muscles to fire in perfect timing while performing challenging exercises, deep stretches and core-controlled aerobic training while working the body in a standing position. This trains the body to work in harmony and balance in a way that typical isolation exercises don’t. But most importantly, it is a fun and challenging workout-clients of all fitness levels feel the difference after one session!
